Cancellation Policy
All sales final. To cancel or rebook your appointment, log into your account, go to my bookings Up to 48 hours before start time. A session credit will be added on your account for future use, or rebooking will be automatically set for the new date. Running Late/No shows: It is your responsibility to notify Dorah if you are running late by emailing Dorah@finetoonedu.com. For 60 | 30 minute sessions, Dorah will wait for you up to 15 |10 minutes zoom If you haven’t communicated with her, the zoom call will end, and the appointment will be considered a no-show, and you’ll be charged as if you attended the session. Refunds are available as session credit only on your account. On a case, by case basis, monetary refunds have made available and subject to a 10% Cancellation fee. Cancellations initiated by Coach Dorah will result in a session credit valid towards a future appointment booking.
